Cancellation policy

1. Cooling-off right (14 days)

As a private consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days after activation, provided that you have not accessed or used paid digital content. Email [email protected] with the subject "Withdrawal" and your order number. If the purchase is eligible, we will refund it to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your unequivocal withdrawal request.

Paid use includes opening or starting a paid practice set, revealing paid answers or corrections, or submitting writing or audio for paid assessment. Signing in, viewing your account or billing details, browsing public pages, or cancelling without opening paid content does not by itself count as paid use.

Once paid content has been used, the purchase no longer qualifies under this withdrawal policy. We may use server-side access records to determine whether paid content was used.

2. Cancelling a monthly subscription

You can cancel a monthly subscription without a fixed commitment at any time via My account > Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Remaining days are not refunded.

3. Fixed-commitment subscription (6 or 12 months)

Subscriptions with a fixed 6- or 12-month commitment cannot be cancelled during the commitment period, unless you use the 14-day cooling-off right in section 1. After the fixed commitment ends, the subscription automatically becomes monthly cancellable unless you cancel it earlier via My account.

Your commitment end date is visible in My account. You will receive a reminder 30 days before the commitment ends.

4. Cancelling via My account

You can cancel your subscription at any time, after the commitment period if applicable, using the "Cancel" button on the My account page. This is the online cancellation function required by French consumer law (Code de la consommation, article L215-1-1).
